Engineering Manager - Subscriptions

Role overview

At Spotify, our Subscriptions organisation helps listeners discover the value of Spotify, find the right subscription, and keep enjoying the content they love. From acquisition and activation to retention, commerce, and customer service, we build experiences that connect listeners with Spotify and support lasting relationships. We're looking for an Engineering Manager II to lead a team of data and backend engineers within our Subscriptions Mission. Your team will build data products, pipelines, and services that help teams understand listener needs and deliver more relevant experiences. You'll work closely with product managers, data scientists, business partners, and engineers to turn complex challenges into reliable solutions.
