Lead Data & AI Architect - AWS - Agentic AI - Decision Intelligence - Fully Remote (UK) - Up to £110,000 + Bonus We're partnering with an innovative AI software business helping enterprise organisations transform complex data into trusted, decision-grade intelligence. We're seeking a Lead Data & AI Architect to help shape the next generation of analytics, AI and decision intelligence solutions. This is a unique opportunity to combine data architecture, technical leadership, customer engagement and AI strategy within a growing technology business. The Role You'll work closely with customers, product teams and technical stakeholders to design AI-ready data platforms, influence technical direction and establish trusted foundations for analytics and AI. Key responsibilities include: Designing and evolving AWS-based data architectures Supporting AI, Machine Learning and Agentic AI initiatives Driving data governance, observability, quality and lineage standards Acting as a trusted technical advisor to customers and stakeholders Shaping architecture, tooling and best practices across the platform Helping organisations operationalise AI in complex enterprise environments What We're Looking For You may currently be working as a: Lead Data Architect Data & AI Architect Solutions Architect Principal Consultant Technical Architect Platform Architect Senior/Lead Data Engineer with strong architecture experience Essential experience: AWS architecture and cloud data platforms SQL and modern data modelling Production-grade data platform design Data governance, quality and observability Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Experience influencing technical strategy and architecture decisions Desirable: AI, Machine Learning or Generative AI experience Agentic AI, RAG or AI governance exposure Customer-facing or consulting experience Experience within regulated or security-conscious environments Technology AWS | Python | SQL | APIs | Data Platforms | Analytics Engineering | Data Governance | Machine Learning Infrastructure | Generative AI | Agentic Systems Why Join?
