This is an opportunity to work on highly scalable backend systems, cloud-native architecture and AI-enabled products, whilst helping shape the technical foundations of a rapidly growing platform. THE COMPANY Our client is an innovative AI and software business serving enterprise organisations within the financial services sector. THE ROLE Design and develop scalable backend services, APIs and data platforms using Python and PostgreSQL. Build secure, multi-tenant systems with a strong focus on reliability, performance and auditability. Deploy and operate cloud-native applications on AWS whilst contributing to CI/CD best practices. Support AI-enabled services and integrations within a modern enterprise software environment. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 5+ years' experience building backend systems within SaaS, platform or enterprise environments. Strong expertise in Python, APIs, PostgreSQL and modern software engineering best practices. Experience working with AWS, CI/CD pipelines, Linux and cloud infrastructure. Knowledge of distributed systems, security, observability and AI-assisted development tools. SALARY AND BENEFITS Competitive base salary and bonus opportunity.
