You'll play a key role in building trusted data foundations, improving data quality, and developing analytics that support both operational decision-making and future AI initiatives. The Company They are a rapidly growing organisation undergoing a major data transformation programme. With a modern cloud-based data platform being built in Snowflake, they are focused on creating high-quality, accessible data that can support reporting, forecasting, automation, and AI-driven innovation. You'll join a small, collaborative team where your work will have visible business impact. The Role You will: Improve data quality, standardisation, and reconciliation across multiple systems. Build and maintain robust data models within a modern Snowflake environment. Work on entity resolution and fuzzy matching to create trusted customer records. Develop forecasting and predictive analytics models to support operational planning. Create insightful Power BI reporting and dashboards for senior stakeholders. Support AI and document processing initiatives, helping automate data extraction and business processes. Your Skills & Experience Strong SQL and data modelling experience. Experience working with messy, fragmented datasets and data quality challenges. Commercial experience using Snowflake and/or modern cloud data platforms. Exposure to forecasting, predictive analytics, or machine learning. Power BI reporting and stakeholder-facing analytics experience. STEM-related degree and a hands-on, problem-solving mindset.
