BI DEVELOPER LONDON/HYBRID UP TO £45,000 This is an excellent opportunity for a Power BI Developer to join a growing analytics function that is investing heavily in data, reporting, and customer insight. You will have the chance to take ownership of business-critical reporting, work closely with senior stakeholders, and help shape how data is used across a large, customer-focused organisation. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The BI Developer will: Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports Develop and optimise semantic models in Power BI Write DAX measures and calculations to support business reporting Gather requirements and translating stakeholder needs into reporting solutions Work closely with marketing, CRM, digital product, and commercial teams Support ad hoc reporting and insight requests Ensure reporting quality, consistency, and governance standards Deliver user training and promoting best practice across reporting and analytics Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and data utilisation YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience: Strong commercial experience developing solutions in Power BI Advanced DAX skills SQL experience for data analysis and reporting Experience building semantic models and business-facing dashboards Confidence managing stakeholders and gathering requirements Experience translating business challenges into reporting solutions Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences The ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables APPLY BELOW!
