Data Engineer £75,000 - £95,000 + Benefits London (Hybrid) This is a great opportunity to join a high-growth, technology-driven organisation undergoing a major cloud and data transformation. You'll play a key role in building a brand-new GCP analytics platform from the ground up, helping shape the future of data across the business. THE ROLE: You will take ownership of building and developing a new GCP Data Analytics Platform while helping modernise the organisation's wider data estate. Key responsibilities include: Building end-to-end data solutions, from ingestion through to business-facing outputs. Developing scalable ingestion pipelines using APIs, CDC, SFTP and streaming technologies. Designing and optimising dbt transformation layers and warehouse workflows. Creating dimensional models, fact tables and star schema designs to support analytics at scale. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: You will bring strong capability in: Hands-on GCP experience in a commercial environment. Strong expertise with dbt Advanced dimensional modelling skills Strong Python and SQL experience Experience with Terraform, Kafka, Dataflow or Pub/Sub.
