The role You'll own a product area end to end, including its legal and regulatory position. We're hiring across trading and execution (order routing, settlement, corporate actions), tax-efficient investing and pensions (ISAs, SIPPs and German pension accounts), crypto, and client accounts and payments (onboarding, client money, cards and FX). You work directly with your engineers, designers, Legal, Compliance, and Operations, and answer for both the client experience and the commercial result. What you'll do Decide what your area builds next, from client needs, product data and commercial goals, and defend the choice Read the regulation, the API documentation and the operational process yourself, and form the position before Legal and Compliance review it Write the spec: client journey, business rules, data, integrations and acceptance criteria, detailed enough to build and test from Carry your decisions through delivery with Engineering, Design, Legal, Compliance and Operations Take the product through testing and launch, then run it: monitoring, client feedback, the numbers, the next improvement What you need to have A complex product you shipped yourself and can walk through in detail, including where it broke: a rounding rule, a time zone, a position you argued, an API that changed under you Enough technical understanding to read documentation, follow a data flow and reason about system behaviour with engineers Your own numbers: you query the data yourself and can explain every figure you quote Regular use of AI in product work, checked against documentation, data and other primary sources What we offer: An area that is yours, including its legal position, with more engineering capacity than most product teams get A co-founder in your interview loop and in your work Challenges that will help you grow and realize your potential fast Opportunity to make a significant impact —you will build innovative services used by millions of investors to build wealth Work with smart, spirited, helpful, high-performing colleagues with a common goal An environment where nothing is set in stone Appreciation for your talent and ideas Generous remuneration package Bring your ambition to Europe’s fastest-growing mobile broker!
