Position Purpose The Pre-Construction Manager makes sure SWI only commits to work it can build, on a programme it can hit, at a margin that holds. The role exists to test buildability and risk before contract, sign off margin, and hand a deliverable project across to the Delivery team with the programme, procurement and risks transferred cleanly.
